Labor Relations

The San Francisco Electrical Contractors Association's tradition of service begins with its progressive and responsible approach to labor relations.
A prime concern is promoting the welfare of the customer and the association by maintaining harmonious labor relations with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

SFECA negotiates labor agreements, adjusts grievances, and assists in the development
and implementation of fair hiring practices. We strive to continue to bring progress to the
industry and the general public, by the focused efforts that result in the promotion and
maintenace of complete productivity, while adhearing to sound economic practices.
